Eligibility: 

To be eligible for the contests, participants must be legal residents of Canada (excluding residents of Quebec), who have reached the age of maturity in their province.

How to Enter:

There is no purchase necessary to enter the contests. Once a potential winner is announced, they must contact Splashdown (via Facebook Messaging System / Instagram Messaging/ Twitter Messaging) with their contact information within the first seven days, unless the contest specifically notes tickets must be used on a certain day, then they must make contact by that time. When contact is first made with the potential winner, they will be asked to answer a simple skill-testing question. If the contestant is unable to answer the question, they will not be eligible for the prize and another potential winner will be selected. This process may continue until someone fulfills all the requirements.

Value:

The prizes awarded may not be combined with any other special offer or discount, and may not be exchanged for cash, cannot be sold, and cannot be transferred to another third party.

The odds of winning may vary depending on the number of entrants.

Liability: 

The winner acknowledges that Splashdown is not responsible for any injuries or harm that may occur at their facilities. The winner agrees to release and hold harmless Splashdown for any and all damages s/he may incur through the collection or use of the prize. The winner also acknowledges that prize winners are responsible for all costs and expenses that may occur as a result of winning the prize (ex. airfare, accommodation, taxes..).
